Unconscious Account and Data Deletion

Use either method below to delete an Account for "Unconscious," provided by pinesoft, and the data associated with it.

Delete in the App

Sign in to Unconscious.
Select Account Deletion at the bottom-left of the successful sign-in screen.
Review the warning and confirm permanent Account deletion.

Request Deletion Without the App

Send the following information to oricisb@nate.com:

Subject: Unconscious Account Deletion Request
Sign-in method: Google or email
Account email address
Firebase UID, if known

Do not send your password, Google password, or verification code. To protect the Account, pinesoft may request additional verification, such as confirmation of ownership of the email address.

Information Deleted

Firebase Authentication Account
Email and profile information associated with the Firebase UID
Realtime Database Game Data associated with the Account, including nickname, score, ranking, progress, currency, equipment, mobile suits, and part status
Other Service data directly linked to the Account

Photon/Fusion multiplayer session data is generally not retained as persistent game Account data after a session ends. Fully anonymized statistics that can no longer be linked to an individual, and records that must be retained by law, may be excluded from deletion.

Google Play order numbers, receipts, and refund records may be retained separately from Account data for the period necessary to resolve payment disputes, prevent payment fraud, or comply with applicable law. pinesoft does not directly store credit card numbers or bank account information.

Deletion requests are processed after identity verification and without undue delay. Unless exceptional circumstances apply, completion will be confirmed within 30 days. Deleted Accounts and Game Data cannot be recovered. Uninstalling the app or logging out does not delete the server Account.
